Promotional Campaign Terms
1. Introduction
These Promotional Campaign Terms (“Campaign Terms”) govern your purchase and use of BLEND’s paid promotional and visibility features for merchants (the “Boost System”). By activating a campaign or purchasing boost credits, you agree to these Campaign Terms, the Merchant Terms, and the Terms of Service.
These Campaign Terms supplement the Merchant Terms; in the event of conflict on promotional-campaign matters, these Campaign Terms prevail.
2. Definitions
Boost Credit / Credit — a unit of promotional entitlement spent to run a campaign. Campaign / Boost — an active promotion of a store or offer at a chosen level and duration. Store Boost / Offer Boost — a campaign targeting a store profile or a specific offer. Boost Level — Low, Medium, or High. Featured Placement — a promotional section where boosted content may appear.
Visibility — the probability and frequency with which promoted content appears in featured placements. Promotional System — BLEND’s system that selects, ranks, and displays promoted content. Standing (plan-included) boost — a baseline store boost included with a paid plan. Organic content — content shown without an active paid campaign.
3. Campaign Types & Duration
You can run a Store Boost (promoting your store profile) or an Offer Boost (promoting a specific published offer). Each is available at Low, Medium, or High level.
You choose the campaign duration at activation — currently 1, 3, 7, 14, or 30 days (the available options are shown in the merchant panel). A campaign runs for the chosen period from activation. Campaigns can be cancelled but not paused, and offers nearing expiry may receive additional selection priority so a campaign does not end without impressions.
4. Boost Credits & Plans
Boosts are funded from your boost-credit balance. Credits come from two sources:
- Included with your plan — Growth and Premium include a monthly credit allowance each billing period (Basic includes none). Plan-included credits are valid within the billing period in which they are issued unless we state otherwise.
- Purchased separately — you can buy additional credits at any time, independently of your plan. Purchased credits follow the validity stated at the time of purchase.
The current credit allowances and prices are shown in the merchant panel.
5. Credit Cost & Consumption
A campaign’s credit cost is the boost level’s per-day rate multiplied by the number of days — higher levels cost more per day than lower ones. Credits are deducted when the campaign is activated. The exact per-level credit cost is shown in the merchant panel before you confirm.
Consumed credits are non-refundable except as set out in Section 11.
6. What You Are Purchasing — Visibility, Not Position
BLEND sells increased visibility — a meaningfully higher probability of appearing in featured placements — not a guaranteed position, placement, or number of impressions.
The Promotional System is a probabilistic, fair-rotation system. Selection for any given placement is decided at the time of each user request, based on factors including boost level, content freshness, time since the content was last shown, and platform fairness mechanisms. A higher-level campaign appears significantly more often than a lower-level one — but this is expressed as a probability distribution across requests, not a fixed allocation of slots.
By purchasing a campaign you acknowledge you are not guaranteed: a fixed or first position; a specific number of impressions, clicks, or appearances; exclusivity; continuous display; or display to any specific user.
7. Standing Plan Boost & Upgrades
Paid plans include a standing store boost — a baseline (“floor”) level of store visibility that stays active while your plan and billing period are current. This standing boost cannot be cancelled while the plan is active, and you cannot run a store boost below your current floor.
You may upgrade an active boost (or your standing store boost) to a higher level for the remaining period. The upgrade cost is prorated against the value of the overlapping time already covered at your current level. Downgrades are not available; a store upgrade reverts to your standing floor when it ends. A single store or offer may have only one active campaign at a time.
8. Fairness Mechanisms
The Promotional System includes fairness mechanisms so that every active campaign gets a fair opportunity over its duration, no single merchant dominates featured placements, content not shown recently is given higher selection priority, campaigns nearing their end receive additional priority, and content diversity is maintained across tiers. Where there are not enough active paid campaigns, remaining featured slots are filled with eligible organic content. These mechanisms protect all merchants without removing the advantage of higher tiers; their specific parameters are proprietary to BLEND.
9. Activation & Rules
To activate a campaign you must hold sufficient credits, select the entity (store or a specific offer), choose the level and duration, and confirm. BLEND validates ownership — you may only boost a store or offer that belongs to your account.
The promoted store or offer must be published and compliant with the Merchant Terms and content standards at activation and throughout the campaign. BLEND may suspend or terminate a campaign whose underlying content is removed, unpublished, or found non-compliant; no refund or credit is issued in that case.
10. Fees, Billing & Payment
Prices for credits and plans are as published in the merchant pricing schedule in the panel. BLEND may update pricing with reasonable notice; changes do not affect campaigns already activated or credits already purchased. All payments are processed by certified third-party payment processors; BLEND does not store payment card data. You are responsible for applicable taxes. Plan subscriptions with a recurring credit allowance renew per their terms until cancelled.
11. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel an active campaign at any time; it is removed from the Promotional System and the entity returns to organic competition (or, for a store, to your standing floor). No refund or credit is issued for the elapsed or remaining portion. The standing plan-included boost cannot be cancelled separately from the plan.
No performance-based refunds. Because delivery is probabilistic, variation in frequency is expected and does not constitute a failure to deliver. In the event of a documented BLEND system outage that prevented a campaign from participating for a material period, BLEND will assess credit-restoration requests case-by-case if submitted to security@blendapp.ge within 14 days.
12. Content Standards
All promoted content must be genuine, accurate, lawful, and fully compliant with the Merchant Terms and applicable advertising standards. BLEND may suspend, remove, or terminate any campaign whose content does not comply, without refund. The merchant is solely responsible for the content of any campaign; BLEND does not pre-screen or validate it before activation.
13. Campaign Analytics
Where analytics are available in the panel, you can see impression and click counts recorded for your own campaigns. Analytics are provided for information only, may be subject to processing delays, reflect only your own campaigns, and do not constitute a performance guarantee or a basis for a refund claim.
14. Prohibited Representations
You agree not to represent — to customers, partners, or in marketing — that you hold a fixed, guaranteed, or permanent position on BLEND, that you have exclusivity or superiority over other merchants, that your content will “always” appear first or be visible, that a campaign delivers guaranteed impressions or clicks, or that BLEND has endorsed or certified you by virtue of a featured placement. Campaigns confer a meaningful, commercially significant advantage — not guaranteed outcomes, fixed rankings, or endorsement.
15. Changes to the Promotional System
BLEND may modify or evolve the Promotional System, including campaign mechanics, available levels and durations, visibility distribution, and the structure of featured placements, to improve quality, respond to feedback, comply with law, or for other operational reasons. Where a change materially and adversely affects what active campaigns deliver, BLEND will give advance notice (at least 14 days where practicable) and will assess any credit restoration for affected campaigns case-by-case.
16. Intellectual Property
By activating a campaign you grant BLEND a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute the promoted content (store name, offer description, images, branding) across the Platform for the duration of the campaign. The Promotional System and its algorithms are BLEND’s exclusive intellectual property. You warrant that you hold all rights necessary to promote the content featured in any campaign.
17. Disclaimers & Liability
The Promotional System is provided “as is” and “as available”. BLEND does not warrant a specific number of impressions, clicks, or any commercial outcome, or that the system will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing limits BLEND’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BLEND is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for campaign performance within the probabilistic range of the system, and BLEND’s total aggregate liability for any campaign shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific campaign(s) giving rise to the claim, or the fees paid in the preceding 3-month period, whichever is lower.
18. Governing Law & Disputes
These Campaign Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute by good-faith negotiation (a 30-day period after written notice to security@blendapp.ge); failing that, the dispute may be submitted to the competent courts of Georgia, subject to mandatory applicable law.
19. Changes & General
BLEND may update these Campaign Terms; for material changes we will give at least 14 days’ notice by email or in the merchant panel, and continued use of the Boost System after the effective date constitutes acceptance. These Campaign Terms, with the Merchant Terms and Terms of Service, are the entire agreement on promotional campaigns; if any provision is unenforceable it is modified or severed without affecting the rest; no failure to enforce is a waiver; you may not assign without consent; and the English version prevails over any translation.
